Global release of two new Bluetooth speakers from Xiaomi is imminent. The company has added the new Xiaomi Sound Outdoor to its worldwide website along with the incredibly small Xiaomi Sound Pocket.
This indicates that the two new Xiaomi speakers will be available for purchase anywhere. Though Xiaomi already sells comparable products like the Mi Portable Bluetooth Speaker in North America and Europe, there is currently no firm word on a sales debut in those regions. While the specifications and features of the Xiaomi Sound Outdoor are listed on the company's global website, the price has not yet been disclosed.
There will be three colour options for the Xiaomi Sound Outdoor: red, blue, and black. Its "Alive" design features a rubber strap for convenient carrying and tiny rubber feet for a stable stand. The Bluetooth speaker is small enough to fit into pockets and weighs less than 600 g, measuring just about 20 x 7 x 7 cm.
With two passive radiators and a tweeter with a combined output power of 30 W, Xiaomi's subwoofer is crammed into an IP67-compliant chassis that offers excellent protection from both dust and water. For wireless communication, Bluetooth 5.4 is integrated, and the top has multiple control buttons. The 2600 mAh battery, according to Xiaomi, allows for twelve hours of playback at 50% volume. To create a stereo pair, two Xiaomi Sound Outdoor devices can also be wirelessly coupled. Speakers can be paired up to 100 times.
